Privacy

Online privacy is important.  People have rightly become concerned about their personal information being tracked by advertisers etc.

Personal information

The only way you will be giving me personal information on this site is by commenting or  following the blog, or emailing me to make an order for example.

I will not use this information for any other purpose than to deal with your request, and I will not pass on your details to anyone else without your permission.

Unfollow

If you are following this blog and decide you don’t want to hear from me anymore, just unfollow.  You are also free to ask me to remove you from any mailing list that you have agreed to be on at any time.

What’s the fuss about cookies?

Like all WordPress sites, this site uses cookies (small tracking files) to find out how often it is being read, from which parts of the world, whether it has been found through a search engine or a referrer like Facebook, what sort of key words have been used to find it…  Don’t worry, these cookies do not track your personal information and they do not harm computers.

If you follow or comment on this blog or any blog, a cookie  is installed on your computer.  These cookies are essential for you to receive notifications of future posts and, again, they do not harm computers.  However, if you wish to disable cookies on your computer, you can follow these instructions: www.allaboutcookies.org/manage-cookies/stop-cookies-installed.html

If you use the sharing options (Facebook, Twitter, Google+ etc), you will be redirected to those sites, and then their own cookies policy applies.
